We had such a great time staying here! The location is perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff is very professional and friendly. Location of the hotel and view is excellent, when you stay on the upper (six) store. Sapa in generall is place worth to come back time to time.
Be careful with complicated safe in the rooms. Reustarant is expensive for Sapa, but there are several excellent ones at nearby Fansipan street downwords to Cat Cat. Nobody also uses hotel spa facilities, because outside spa and massages 3 - 4 times cheaper.

Nice lounge with showers while waiting for rooms to be ready. Terrific views from windows. Breakfast was good and the f&b servers were very nice. Great location. The pool looked very nice although we did not use.
On our arrival day the front staff did not speak much English at all which made things a bit difficult. The next day however the manager was able to speak English and was very helpful in trying to get our boarding passes printed. The breakfast we were offered the morning of our arrival was $11 per person which was quite expensive relative to everything else in town. We were offered tours via email that cost double what was shown in the book at your front desk. We went to another hotel where the staffo could speak English to arrange all of our tours.

Spent my New Year's Eve in a cozy hotel located near the mountains. The decoration of the lobby made me feel at home and the staff was always smiling and helpful. They also had welcome drinks that were amazing and perfect for the chilly weather. The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the beautiful landscape. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, I particularly enjoyed the local dishes. I also loved that they had a pool and spa to relax after a long day of exploring.
The location of the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which made it a little difficult to get to some of the tourist attractions. The Wi-Fi was also not very good, which made it difficult to keep in touch with loved ones back home.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location right at the heart of the town, with Cau may street and the city center just a stone's throw away. the rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with modern facilities and comfortable bedding. the hospitable staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony is breathtaking.
The hotel's exterior design may not suit everyone's taste.

Incredible restaurant with stunning views, and the indoor heated pool was a great bonus. the staff was also very friendly and provided great recommendations for nearby activities.
The breakfast could use more variety, and the cleanliness of the tables in the dining area was not up to par.
